What is Face Yoga?

Face Yoga is essentially a workout for your face!

My Story

Hi! I'm Charlotte.


I am a Glowinface certified Face Yoga teacher and Body Control Pilates Level 3 Pilates teacher. 


As a movement teacher, I have an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy; I understand how to build muscle strength and volume and release unwanted tension in the body. However my knowledge of anatomy was all from the neck and shoulders down. We have over 57 muscles in the face, neck and skull and, just like the muscles of the body, they can hold tension, display imbalances and become weak and atrophied. They need to be active to maintain volume, tone and lift. 


I had begun to notice that when I looked in mirror, the face I thought

felt relaxed and happy was reflecting back a frown! I wanted to do

something about this, without turning to Botox or fillers. 

I had heard of Face Yoga via social media, but I was a little skeptical

(there is a lot of bogus information out there), so I dug deeper, did my

research and discovered the well-renowned Glowinface Method. 

After practising Face Yoga for a few months, I started to see changes for myself, and not just aesthetically. (See my 8 month transformation above). As a chronic sufferer of bruxism, I wore a bite guard every night to prevent tooth grinding and the resultant blinding headaches for as long as I can remember. I noticed the tension in the muscles of my jaw start to melt away and I was able to lose the bite guard altogether! At the same time, my forehead started to smooth. As the muscles relaxed, so did I. I was hooked and keen to understand more of the science behind the method.

I gained my internationally accredited Glowinface Face Yoga certification in December 2022 and haven't looked back.  I've seen my own results and I can't wait to bring these amazing benefits to you!
