A Bit About Me...

Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I help women in their 40s and beyond lift, tone, and glow naturally - without Botox or fillers.

As a Pilates teacher and someone who loves to strength train, I know how to strengthen, lift and release tension in the body… so it makes sense to do the same from the neck up!

 

Like many women, I started noticing tiredness, tension, and that ever-present frown - even when I felt relaxed inside.

I didn’t want to go down the injectables route - not just for myself, but for my kids. I want to show them (and all of us) that our unique natural beauty is something to be celebrated, not tweaked.

Having seen the benefits of Face Yoga for myself, I became a certified Face Yoga teacher. I’m passionate about helping other women rediscover their glow and feel confident, radiant, and at home in their own skin again - all through simple, natural movement.
