What's included?

In this online programme, you will learn how to correctly perform 15 potent face exercises designed to activate and awaken the muscles of the face, neck and skull. Each week you will target a different muscle set.

Follow along with me as I take you through each exercise step-by-step in a series of prerecorded videos.

The carefully structured nature of the programme is what makes the Glowinface method so effective.

You will come away with 15 highly-effective face exercises you can combine into your own face workouts.

You will receive 10 workout videos in total.

Your first set of videos will guide you, in detail, through each exercise.

Each video will be approximately 10 minutes long.

 

As you become familiar with the exercises and start to get quicker, you will receive a shorter version of the step-by-step video guide to help you more easily fit this into your day. Each recap video is approximately 3.5 minutes long.

You will also receive a downloadable eBook, with step-by-step written instructions and accompanying images, as well as a downloadable workout checklist, to keep you on track and help ensure you never miss a workout.

What happens each week?

WEEK ONE - Week one is all about activating the biggest, heaviest muscles of the face and skull. This week you will learn three potent face exercises designed to awaken and lift these muscles in order to create space for the deeper, more delicate muscles to activate. This will help to open the face, lift the eyelids and the cheeks and reduce nasolabial folds. You will also begin to strengthen and sculpt the jawline and smooth the skin on the neck.

 

WEEK TWO  - This week you will be targeting the upper and lower facial thirds, with two out of three exercises focusing on the upper part of the face, to open and lift this area, reducing tension across the forehead and helping to smooth fine lines on the forehead and in between the eyebrows. We will also progress to further strengthen and sculpt the jawline, helping to reduce the appearance of jowls and double chins.

WEEK THREE - This week focusses on the central part of the face, particularly the cheek area. You will be activating, lifting and building volume in the cheeks and sculpting the cheekbone area. You will also activate the muscles around the mouth, helping to plump the lips and reduce the appearance of wrinkles around the mouth and the upper lip and helping to reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds. You will be stimulating circulation to the skin and lymphatic flow, which helps to combat dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes.

 

WEEK FOUR - You will be starting to activate the smaller muscles in the inner, deepest muscle layers. You will be activating and lifting the muscles responsible for lifting the corners of the mouth, helping to reduce jowls and define the jawline. You will also be releasing tension in the masticatory muscles - fantastic for any one prone to grinding their teeth. This can also have magical effects on the under-eye area! You will also learn the "Advanced Neck Lift" exercise.

WEEK FIVE - You will be activating the lower eyelid area. This is the most sensitive area on the face. In this area there is little to no facial fat, the muscles are the weakest and the skin is the thinnest and most delicate. By activating the muscles around the eyes AND the eye muscles, not only will you be combating dark circles and puffiness, but also helping to improve your vision! The exercises in Week Five work to open the eye area, reducing the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes, such as crow's feet. 

You will also be finding out how to continue your Face Yoga journey beyond the five week programme, to really take your Face Yoga practise to the next level!

What do I need?

  • A quiet, calm space

  • A mirror

  • A facial serum (not oil)

  • Clean face is preferable if you have time/don't mind removing makeup.

  • Clean hands.
