Many Pelvic Floor Problems Are Not Caused by Weakness Alone
You may have been told to simply do more pelvic floor exercises.
Yet symptoms like leaking, heaviness, tension or discomfort continue - or even worsen.
This can feel confusing, frustrating, and sometimes isolating.
The truth is, many pelvic floor problems are not caused by weakness alone.
😫 Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
-
Pelvic floor exercises haven’t helped the way you hoped
-
You avoid jumping, running or sneezing confidently
-
You avoid drinking too much (or enough!) water so you don't get caught short
-
You feel heaviness or pressure by the end of the day
-
You wake with jaw tension, teeth grinding or headaches
-
You feel disconnected from your core or body
-
You’ve tried to do the right things — but your body still doesn’t feel quite right.
👉 If this sounds familiar, you are not alone - and your body is not failing you.

In this free session you’ll learn:
✔ Why many symptoms persist despite doing everything ‘right’
✔ Why strength alone is often not the solution
✔ The surprising connection between jaw tension and pelvic floor function
✔ Why symptoms often appear during midlife - even years after childbirth or after never having had children
✔ How breathing patterns influence bladder and core support
✔ A gentle guided practice to help your body release tension and reconnect
Hi, I’m Charlotte, a Pilates teacher specialising in pelvic floor and core recovery. I am also a Face Yoga teacher with advanced training in facial anatomy and jaw tension release techniques.
My work combines Pilates, nervous system-informed breathwork and jaw tension release to help women move from gripping and disconnection toward responsive strength and confidence.
This session brings together everything I’ve learned through professional training and my own recovery journey.

This session is for women who:
✅ experience leaking, heaviness or pelvic discomfort
✅ notice increasing tension or stiffness in midlife
✅ want a gentle, whole-body recovery approach
✅ feel tired of conflicting advice
This session is not:
❌ intense exercise
❌ medical diagnosis
❌ about pushing through pain
And finally...
✨You do not need to be fit, flexible, or confident exercising.
✨You can keep your camera off.
✨Everything is gentle, respectful and optional.
Imagine sneezing, exercising, or moving through your day without second-guessing your body.
Feeling supported instead of braced. Connected instead of disconnected.
A gentler, evidence-informed approach to pelvic floor recovery.
Less tension. More support.
A body that responds when you need it to.
