Clenching your jaw? Leaking? Living with
pelvic pain or prolapse symptoms?
These problems are often connected.
The jaw and pelvic floor are linked through shared fascia, nervous system pathways, breathing mechanics, and stress responses, meaning tension or dysfunction in one may directly affect the other.
Chronic jaw clenching or teeth grinding may contribute to a tight, overactive pelvic floor, leading to pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, painful sex, or feelings of heaviness or prolapse.
Likewise, pelvic floor tension or pain may drive jaw tension, TMJ symptoms, headaches, and neck or shoulder tightness.
When we release jaw tension and restore pelvic floor function together, we can reduce pain, improve bladder control, ease headaches, release tension, and feel stronger, calmer, and more in control.
This is exactly what I want to help you to do...

Restore Pelvic Floor Function & Release Jaw Tension

Less pain. Less leaking. Less clenching. More control.

This is a brand new programme, still being refined. If you are interested, join the waiting list and you will be the first to know when the course opens for enrolment. More details below.

This is not about quick fixes or hiding symptoms - it’s about addressing root causes and supporting long‑term recovery.
Why focus on the pelvic floor and the jaw?
There is a strong connection between jaw tension and pelvic floor tension. Tightness, clenching or dysfunction in one often shows up in the other - especially in women dealing with stress, pain, childbirth recovery, hormonal changes, or chronic tension.
This two-way relationship means that addressing both the jaw and pelvic floor together can be key to reducing pain, improving bladder and bowel function, releasing tension, and restoring healthy, coordinated movement, and will form the foundation of my upcoming Restore Pelvic Floor Function & Release Jaw Tension programme (not such a snappy name, but it does what it says on the tin 🙂)
This programme will bring together Pilates, Face Yoga and Breathwork to:
-
Restore pelvic floor strength and responsiveness
-
Release chronic jaw clenching and tension patterns
-
Improve coordination between the core, breath, and nervous system
-
Support the body in returning to how it was designed to function - without constant conscious effort.
You won’t be told to just "do your Kegels" - you’ll learn how to build a pelvic floor that is strong, responsive, and functional in real life.
